FLYONE is expanding its fleet with an aircraft Airbus A320. With a total of 5 aircraft from the Airbus family, the company has become the largest Airbus operator in the Republic of Moldova. The new aircraft, like the other three aircraft owned by FLYONE of the A320 family, was produced in 2008. Therefore, FLYONE is operating the youngest fleet in the Republic of Moldova. The new Airbus A320 is the airline's fifth aircraft with the registration number ER-00005.

The aircraft landed at Chisinau International Airport on Thursday, June 20th, at 09:57. Traditionally, besides the registration number, the aircraft has also been given the name ORHEI. Thus, FLYONE continues the tradition of promoting Moldovan towns.

Mircea MALECA, CEO of the company mentioned: "The purchase of these two aircraft is part of the company's development strategy that started in 2016. It will allow the company to open new air routes, to ensure passengers' comfort and increase their safety. By promoting ambitious projects, FLYONE tends to exceed passengers expectations and the main company strategy reflects this principle."

The new acquisition has a capacity of 180 seats, the speed reaches of 840 km/h, and the maximum flying altitude can reach 11900 meters.

FLYONE operates only Airbus A320 family aircraft – four A320 aircraft and one A319 aircraft that comply with all IATA and EASA security standards. The acquisition of the ORHEI aircraft is part of the company's development strategy which started in 2016. We would also like to inform you that FLYONE purchased the fourth aircraft of the same type last month.

FLYONE was launched in 2016 and currently operates direct flights to 11 destinations, 7 regular routes and 4 charter routes: London, Moscow, Parma, Verona, Dublin, Lisbon, Paris, Antalya, Heraklion, Sharm El Sheikh, Bodrum. Additionally, FLYONE offers 3 flights as a marketing carrier: Moscow - Surgut, Moscow - Krasnodar, and Moscow - Saint Petersburg.

Tickets can be booked via the official website www.flyone.eu, and at authorized agencies, both on the territory of the Republic of Moldova and abroad as well.
